    Study on rule changing of entrainment of mineral content in clean coal with the flotation time

    • In this paper,the authors use the Pingshuo 3# weakly caking coal(-0.5 mm) as experimental coal sample,which study the change rule of minerals content from clean coal with the flotation accumulation time under the condition of different flotation particles.The analysis of XRF indicats main oxides in coal consists of Al2O3,SiO2 and CaCO3.The qualitative and quantitative analysis on minerals in the coal sample of grain sizes and all clean coals from flotation speed test were done with XRD.The results show that the main minerals in the coal samples of grain sizes are kaolinite,calcite and quartz and the content of kaolinite raised with the increase of particle size,however,the content of quartz and calcite lessened with the increase of particle size.The contents of kaolinite have the similar change rule that they raised and then lessened with the flotation time when the grain sizes were 0.500~0.250mm and 0.125~0.074mm,however,the content of kaolinite lessened and then raised with the flotation time when the grain sizes were 0.250~0.125mm and -0.074mm.
