Policy effects and countermeasures of mineral resources comprehensive utilizationin Hebei province

The mineral resources of Hebei province have following characteristics:diverse in species, large in reserves, abundant in paragenetic and associated mineral resources, large in scale of development of resources, widely distribution and numerous quantity of tailings and waste rocks.These characteristics determine that the development of mineral resources in Hebei province must take intensive conservation and comprehensive utilization of the road.This paper discusses the necessity of implementing comprehensive utilization of mineral resources in the process of mining exploitation, briefly introduces the main supportive policies imposed by our country and the corresponding polices as well as main practices imposed by Hebei province, summarizes the promotion effects and main results for comprehensive utilization of mineral resources after these polices had been implemented in Hebei province, and puts forward the main measures to be taken in the future in line with the reality of Hebei province.
