Analysis of construction of multi-level exploration capital market

Resource exploration is the driver of a country's economic development, and capital market is of important significance both to exploration enterprises' development and national resources security. After over twenty years' evolution, China's capital market has formed a multi-level structure, but as an important part of China's capital market system, the exploration capital market has not yet developed. In this paper, on the basis of explaining and clarifying the concept of multi-level exploration capital market, the feasibility and necessity for the construction of multi-level exploration capital markets is discussed through internal and external factor analysis, then the situation of exploration capital markets are summarized, and suggestions for construction of the market are raised, which have practical meaning to building and construction of Chinese exploration capital market.
