Management model and characteristic research on the foreign national relevant nonprofit projects

Beginning form the management model of national non-profit projects in American, British, Japan and German and analyzing our management practice, the paper analyzed some operational features of these projects and proposed that market mechanism should be brought to these projects. Moreover, process supervision, evaluation system construction and the role of agencies also should be given priority as operating these projects.
