Multipurpose utilization of mineral resources is an important and effective section to accelerate transformation of the mode of mining development,to improve resource utilization efficiency and level and to realization of mineral resources sustainable development.Through policy research for multipurpose utilization of mineral resources,we sort out the existing foundation and bring up some opinions and suggestions to strengthen multipurpose utilization of mineral resources.
