    Design and induction for patterns of revitalizing mine land from the view of law

    • The purpose of this study is to analysis patterns of revitalizing mine land and related legal measures in the current regulatory framework. The different legal basis are integrated and perfected in the light of revitalizing patterns, and the feasibility of specific patterns of revitalizing is analyzed according to the legal norms. The methods are employed: normative and legal analysis, chart and documentation studies. The patterns of revitalizing mine land are designed and inducted based on the different mine land types divided by the life cycle of mine land with different specification of mine land with clear master and abandoned mine land left over by history in the related legal measures. The paths for revitalizing of mine lands with clear masters are followed as: purchasing by government, conveyance of land, merging and reorganization of mining enterprises, enterprise transformation and so on. The abandoned mine land left over by history shall be revitalized by social capital investing. From the aspects of innovation, operability and convergence, legal measures are improved so as to help to implementation of revitalizing patterns.
