Investigation and analysis of causes of disused arable land in mining economic areas

In the mining economic areas,the land reclamation has been a key point in our country.however,the problem of disused arable land is usually neglected.Some use characteristics of arable land in the mining economic areas are summarized in this article.On the base of interview and survey in the sample area,this article analyzes the farmer,s behavior of idling of arable land from the view of farmer,s changing income structure,including:Farmer,s income structure and the status of disused arable land in the plateau stage of coal mining;Dynamic change of farmer,s income structure with the depletion of coal resources;Farmer,s cultivated behavior when they become migrant workers.According to this paper,we can get some ways,such as adjusting rural industrial structure and improving the profit of grain,to promote the utilization and protection of arable land in the mining economic areas.
