Abstract
There are unreasonable amount of air, dusts and other security risks in Shenhua Shen Dong corporation’s Daliuta mine, where fast driving system of full section is single lane and long distance.“FPNA”(far pressing near absorption ventilation)suitable for Daliuta mine, is proposed in this paper after field investigation, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Hanging extension technology based on automatic telescopic duct is adopted in this paper. The press in fan model is FBDY№8/2×75kW, and wet type dust fan model is KCS-700D. Test results show that the methods proposed can successfully solve the problems of working face wind and large amount dust. As a result, the working surface wind speed and wind flow can meet the regulations, at the same time, the average dust concentration of the working surface will be reduced by more than 50%, which ensures the safety and high efficiency of tunneling work.
