Paths and safeguard measures on energy-saving and pollution emission reduction of coal enterprises

The elements of energy-conservation, pollution emission reduction and carbon emission reduction of coal enterprise’s energy-conservation and emission reduction were proposed. The operational thinking of energy-conservation and emission reduction of coal enterprise was nail down. From the three paths of the structure, process and technology and management, the approaches of energy-conservation and emission reduction were analyzed in detail. And the safeguards measures from several aspects including organization, system, technology, funds, etc to protect the implementation of energy-conservation and emission reduction were put forward.
