Discussion on industry transformation of our mining cities and exhausted mining district under the view of sustainable development

With the gradually exhaustion of resources,how to maintain the sustainable development of our mining cities and exhausted mining district and to realize the successful transformation of mining cities are quite arduous assignments. On the basis of analyzing the successful industry transformation experiences of some aboard resource-dependent cities, three patterns which can be used for industry transformation are proposed in this paper:industry extensible mode、industry updated mode、industry mulriple mode. In conclusion, the authors summarize some measures and suggestions to guarantee the industry transformation successful.
