Experimental study on comprehensive utilization for barite-fluorite ore

The concentrate by flotation removing quartz of the Hunan fluorite was determined as the research object of study.The reagent system of separating fluorite and barite was determined through the rough separation and selection of conditions,and on the basis of open and closed circuit test.Closed circuit test get fluorite concentrate of CaF₂ grade of 97.35% and CaF₂ recovery-rate of 96.15% and the tailings of CaF₂ grade of 4.76%.The tailings can make further flotation to get barite concentrate.
