STUDY ON CUT PARAMETERS OF CHIMNEY DEMOLITION BY CONTROLLED BLASTING

Cut parameters are usually determined by experiences when chimney is demolished by controlled blasting.However,it is rarelyinvestigated whether cut parameters are optimal.In this paper,effect of cut shape on cut angle and cut height is studied and corresponding mathematical models are established.An engineering example is analyzed with the models,and influence of cut shape on cut angle and cut height is discussed in detail.
