SURFACE MODIFICATION AND ITS APPLICATION IN PREPARATION OF SILICONE RUBBER REINFORCING FILLER

Based on natural mineral micropowder, the silicone rubber reinforcing filler with beneficial effect can be made through surface modifing method. The relations among reinforcing effect, the kinds of mineral, the kinds of coupling agent and method are investigated. The results are important for the research and development of the new kinds of silicone rubber reinforcing filler. The silicone rubber reinfocing filler made by uscan replace partly of fumed silica.
