Thoughts on the reform and development of the Central Geological Exploration Fund

The paper clearly stated the main direction of the reform of institutional mechanisms for funds by analyzing the new situations，new requirements and new challenges faced by the present fund management in-depth, and comprehensively summarizing the significance of the establishment and the development process of the fund.The paper put forward the reform proposals under the new normal and new economy:separating of the fund functions of the enterprises and the institutions; setting up investment and management institutions respectively; using all fields, the entire industrial chain market-oriented operation; using of mixed ownership to raise funds and investment operations; building an incubator for the listing and financing of geological exploration units and mining enterprises.At last, the common development and reform vision of the two funds of the central and the provincial level was looked ahead.
