Research on performance appraisal of geological survey projects

Geological survey is an important area of national fiscal expenditure.To promote geological survey project performance evaluation is not only necessary for the reform of the financial system,but also an important means for enhancing project management and supervising and guiding project-undertaking units to constantly improve the performance of the projects.Based on the analysis of the performance evaluation methods at home and abroad,combining the characteristics of geological survey,this paper puts forward the performance evaluation methods and index system for the purpose of project management.
