Abstract
Aimed at the current reliability optimization of hydraulic supports,the reliability optimization design of the shields of hydraulic powered supports was carried out with the finite element method under the condition of maximum stress and fatigue life constraints.The sensitivity of each optimization target to the parameters is analyzed.Finally,five design schemes are proposed and the data experiments are carried out.The optimal reliability design is obtained through the comparative analysis.The results show that after the design of the hydraulic support the optimized design not only reduces the weight and cost,and its various performance requirements can meet the national standards.The design method provides a foundation for reducing the cost of the stent and satisfying the reliability of the stent,and provides a new idea for the subsequent optimization design.
