This paper pointed out that accumulated many questions about China's mine ecological restoration, estimates the huge investments that environmental restoration needs. Based on the analysis of the defects of existing laws and regulations and mine ecological recovery plannings that many section maked respectively, bring forward proposal to resolve the above problems.
