ANALYSIS AND PREVENTION TO THE SLOPE RUN-AWAY ACCIDENDS IN UNDERGROUND MINES

Based on the analysis of the causes of several typical accidents of slope run-away,the author put forward a series of ways to control slope run-away by means of "Fault Tree Analysis",provided a scientific basis for slope hoist system safety management.
