Study on the relationship of the mining shares and mining regulation

It's a new problem to manage the mining market that mining companies through the equity transfer to realize the mining rights transfer. This article in view of the relationship of the mining enterprise equity exchange and mining transfer, the author analyzes the necessity of mining shares regulation, legal principles of mining shares relationship and the demand to strengthen mineralization management. At last, the author puts forward to the corresponding suggestions of the comprehensive mining planning.
