Improving the systems of land access for mineral exploration and compensation for the land loss in China

The regulations of the land access for mineral exploration in China are so inattentive that hindered the realization of the interests of the exploration licensees.Using the provisions of the land access of mineral exploration system in Western Australia,Queensland,New South Wales for reference,the article provides the graph of realizing the land access for mineral exploration .Firstly,ensure the land access on(in) the state-owned land;secondly,if mineral exploration on(in) the land owned by collectives,exploration phase and mineral resource should be concerned.If exploring for the mineral resource which is encouraged by the state,the land access should be guaranteed conditionally.If not,the land access should be resolved by the negotiation between the landlord and the exploration licensees.
