Construction the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road (One Belt and One Road) is very important strategic vision and action of China,and has great significance to promote a new round of opening up of China and common development along the One Belt and One Road.The One Belt and One Road includes 65 countries among Asia,Europe and Africa,covering about 34% area,62% population and 28% GDP of the world.The countries along the One Belt and One Road are rich in mineral resources and have huge economic development potentials.There are broad cooperative prospects for energy and mineral resources among the countries along "One Belt and One Road".
