Research on belt conveyor simulation modeling methods base on AMEsim

This paper analyzes the dynamic model of belt conveyor,and introduces how to use AMEsim simulation platform to establish belt conveyor simulation model method,and utilizes the project examples of belt conveyor dynamic characteristics of the simulation,and concludes that the belt conveyor belt kinetic tension,speed and displacement of the 3D curve in the process of start.The simulation results curve of Engineering example and the actual data of belt conveyor is very approximation.The modeling method can be used as the conveyor belt dynamic analysis which is a reliable method.
