Analysis on the problems of superimposed mineral rights of energy mineral resources in Ordos basin

The spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of energy mineral resources in Ordos basin are analyzed in detail in the paper.It is also pointed out in the paper that there are many genetic relations among these minerals in the basin.On the basis of the above,the reasons of superimposed mineral rights are found by analyzing the present situation of superimposed mineral rights.Fouthermore,according to the relevant characteristics of energy mineral resources in Ordos basin,some suggestions on two stages of exploring and mining of mineral resources for superimposed mineral rights are made to fulfill a need in country's economic development.
