The limestone-mining wasteland′s ecological restoration and reutilization in the metropolis periphery area

Based on detailed investigates and analyses of the limestone-mining wasteland's present condition and its bad influence on the urban district in Chongqing, this paper researched the methods, measures and suggestions for the ecological restoration and land reutilization. The plan concludes the engineering renovation, ecological restoration, bio-engineering technique, land comprehensive development and reutilization and so on. The results have some reference value to promote coordinated development among the society, the economy and the environment of the metropolis.
