Comparison of design scheme of copper gold ore crushing and gringing process

According to the characteristic of the copper gold ore, the detailed comparison crushing and grinding process design schemes is carried out for the ore concentrator, which includes the semi-autogenous grinding process and the conventional grinding process. Comparison results show kinds of scheme of Morrell crushing specific energy consumption and the expense present values are approximate in the two schemes; however, based on the various advantages of semi-autogenous grinding process and combining with production practice of the existing gold ore processing plant, the semi-autogenous grinding process is finally adopted in this ore processing plant.
