Design of inclined plane dry separator and its experiment reasearch

A low-grade vanadium-titanium magnetite ore mixed with lots of gangues contains Fe 14.33% in Hebei. Magnetic Rolling technics in separating flow can not economize mineral resource and improve economic results.The Inclined plane dry separator is used in low grade iron ore pre-concentration flowsheet for iron ore quality improvement, which combining magnetic separating and gravity separating theory. The experimental results show that it can obtain iron concentrate with different grade(iron concentrates grading at 18%~21%) and discard qualified tailing(iron concentrates grading at 7.24%,magnetic iron grade at 0.63%).The separator with simple structure can improve quality of concentrate and has a broad application prospect.
