EFFECT OF FILTRATION AIDS ON THE VACUUM FILTRATION BEHAVIOR OF MANGANESE ORE CONCENTRATE SLURRIES

An attempt has been rnade to study the effect of two surfactant types of filtration aids andtwo granular types of filtration aids on the vacuum filtration behavior of manganese ore concentrateslurries. Significant reductions in the specific resistance of filter cake are obtained using alltypes of filtration aids, so the filtration rate can be increased to corresponding extent.
