STUDY ON ECOLOGICAL SECURITY FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN THE MINING CITIES

Mining Cities is a complicated system which is composed of resource、enviroment、economy and society subsystem,soit is a more extrusie contradictory district of balancing the development of city and the protection of resource and environment. These contradictories are irrational urban layout、incomplete urban structure and so on. The structure、function of ecology and landscape system was destroyed byhuman mining. If those problems could be solved properly, it is beneficial to the sustainable development in the Mining Cities. Based on the Pressure-State-Response Model,the indicators system of ecological security assessment in Mining Cities was established further, the evaluation model was pointed out. And then, the model is applied to analyzing and evaluating the security of Huainan city in Anhui province. The evaluation results are basically consistent with the fact of the district.
