Analysis on the characteristics of China's mining capital market and influencing factors of capital structure of listed companies

The capital structure is an important financial part for listed companies. In this paper, firstly an analysis is given on the characteristics of China's mining capital market, and then a comparison on listed companies is made between mining and other four sections of the industry as textiles, information technology, business and real estate, which allows to identify the influencing and restricting factors on capital structure of listed companies of China's mining industry.
