Experimental study on mix proportion of grouting materials for bolt-grouting support of loose and soft rock roadway

Bolt-grouting support is a kind of economic and effective measure for glutenite roadway which is loose and extremely low integral strength. The determination of grouting materials and suitable mix proportion is one of the important link.Through a series of size performance laboratory test for cement slurry, ultrafine cement slurry and cement-silicate slurry, the law of the influence on water-cement ratio and mixture ratio to size performance is finded. According to the contrast analysis of test results, it is suitable for site grouting test and bolt-grouting support on loose and weak glutenite roadway with the cement slurry(water-cement ratio 0.8) and cement-silicate slurry(water-cement ratio 0.8, volume ratio 1∶1).
