DEVELOPING A CASES BASE SYSTEM FOR RESCUING MINE FIRE ACCIDENTS

On the basis of comprehensive researching,statistic and classifying the coal-mining fire accidents,a cases base system has been developed. This system includes a graph base which reflects ventilation system,a database which stores mine fire accidents cases,and a model which determines wind directions and the area of coal-burning smoke diffusing in the course of mine fires. It connects cases management with analysis and disposal of rescuing information,displays rescuing methods,measures,experiences and lessons of different mine fire accidents using words and graphs. It is significant to mine fires rescue. This paper introduces the design ideas,structure and function of this system.
