Preliminary study on regulations for the geologic data service charging

Starting from the analysis on rationality and legitimacy of fee charging for geologic data service, based on analysis on the related policies and practices in this field,and service charges in similar fields,the paper put forward the opinion that regulations for the geologic data service charging should be established as soon as possible,and discussion is also given to legislative purpose、 charge principles、items of charge、charge standards and fundamental regulation framework, etc.
