Analysis and countermeasures on problems of law enforcement and supervision of mineral resources: A case study on Altai area of Xinjiang

The focus of the law enforcement and supervision in mineral resources field is at the grass-roots level,where there are most corresponding problems.Based on the present situation in Altai area of Xinjiang,the authors analyse the problems about the size of staffs,law enforcement equipment,legal basis and mechanism of collaboration.Therefore,the authors put forward four aspects to perfect it:to strengthen research on the legal status of law enforcement agencies,to raise the law enforcement means,to systematize the mechanism of collaboration,and to increase the strength of law enforcement and supervision.
