Relationship and its significance of Mineral Resource-Asset-Capital

Mineral resources are foundation and key elements of China’s national rejuvenation and economic take-off.Along with the deepening of our country’s market economic system reform,the three different attributes of minerals,namely "resource","asset" and "capital",have become prominent unprecedentedly.In this context,we can provide important support to the new round of mineral resources management reform by strengthening the study of minerals’ new attributes under new situation.It is recognized through researches that in mineral resources management,we must fully consider mineral resources’ special natures,respect the successively progressive relations of minerals’ three attributes (mineral,asset and capital) in terms of physical object,and their upward spiral relations in terms of economic value,and establish a multi-sector comprehensive management structure allowing the full play and mutual transformation of these three attributes for the whole procedure of the minerals production.
