    MECHANO-CHEMICAL EFFECT OF WET ULTRAFINE GRINDING OF CALCINATED COAL KAOLIN

    • The mechano-chemical effect of the particles was studied in the process of preparing the ultrafinecalcinated coal kaolin by stirred mill. The result shows that wet ultrafine grinding the calcinated coal kaolin particles can lead to the change of particle crystal structure in the form of lattice distoration and non-crystallized, thedensity declining and the whiteness raising. The high actived surface or many chemical actived spots of ultrafinecalcinated coal kaolin are casier interact to surface modifiers, hence ultrafine calcinated coal kaolin can be deeperprocessed to be high quality filler or new compound matcrial of mineral.
