RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN BALL MILL'S SOUND AND ITS OPERATIONAL PARAMETERS

With the help of orthogonal design and multiviariate regression analysis,the influences of ball charge,pulp density and ore-ball ratio on the sound of ball mill are studied.On this basis,a mathematical model to diagnose the ball mill sound is established.The model is a good foundation for further research of sound applied to the fields of inspection and automatic control of ball mill.
