Research on the existing problem and the development tactics in the coal resource type industrial base of Heilongjiang province

Jixi, Hegang, Shuangyashan, Qitaihe River of Heilongjiang Province are the typical resource type city. With the exhaustion of coals resources, facing the unprecedented difficulty to these four resource type cities with very strong dependence of coal resource in the course of development. This article analyzes the existing problem in the coal resource type industrial base of Heilongjiang Province emphatically, and put forwards the development tactics of the coal resource type industrial base.
