Abstract

In the knowledge & economic era,to implment ERP is the development trend in the enterprises.However,implementing ERP is high investment,big investment and difficult system project.In this paper,we put for ward some fundamental preparing work aiming to the bottleneck questions of implementing ERP,for the sake of improving the success efficiency of implementing ERP.
