Countermeasures for trade disputes over advantageous mineral resources within the framework of WTO

In response to the trade disputes of USA,Europe and Japan against China on rare earth,tungsten and molybdenum etc resources,this article presented an overview on China's current trade status of these metales,reiewed the articles of relevant regulations of WTO,and predicted the development of related events.Pertinent countermeasures were proposed.In addition,new thinking on export policies were put forward on other advantageous mineral resources.
