Exploration on the construction mode of eco-civilized coal mine

Based on the strategic request of eco-civilization construction by the 17^th National Congress of the CCP, it is proposed that a new coal mine development mode, which is the eco-civilized coal mine construction mode, should be explored in the new period. The content, elements, relative theories and techniques of eco-civilized coal mine construction are discussed. Then the problems of eco-civilized construction in China coal mine are pointed out, which are low awareness level, backward approach to development, lags of planning and construction, slow application of technological innovation, insufficient capital investment, and short of talent security.
