The construction of mineral industry's investment environment index system of 12 provinces in western China

According to the special mineral industry's investment environment of 12 provinces in western China, this paper chooses 53 indexes and simplifies various indexes. This paper focuses on the evaluation of mineral industry's investment environment with an objective standard, tries to use quantified indexes to reflect the investment conditions in western China. Also, the main indexes are explained in this paper.
