Applied research on the sealing technology of injection in coal seam for dust control with high-water rapid-solidifying material

In order to solve sealing difficulty of traditional methods, a new technology of sealing with high-water rapid-solidifying material was developed, which provided a good sealing method for injection to "weak seam, roof and floor" coal seam in order to dust control. High-water rapid-solidifying material is a kind of primeval intensity material with characters of good mobility, coagulation speed fast, compressive strength greatly, crystal distension slightly. It can be directly used to seal by pouring. The technology was applied in the No.1723 working face in Xiandewang Coal Mine of Xingtai Mining (Group) Co., Ltd., and the application has achieved to realize the aims of process easily, length deeply, seal finely and cost cheaply.
