Analysis on cooperative model of resources enterprise

With the development of the internationalism and the economic integration and joining WTO, the state investment system on mineral resources has changed into the combination stage that basic geologic works invested by state and commercial geologic works invested by sociality and foreign investment from previous single investment system by state, and how to find out a suitable cooperation model with foreign companies is of great significance. Through the analysis on foreign cooperation situation and key factors in exploration and development, writer concluded the international cooperation convention on mineral resources and probed into the cooperation model on mineral resources in China.
