Experimental study on energy saving and efficiency raising of the cone of cyclone dust collector

At present,the main methods of resistance reducing and efficiency raising are changing flow filed of airflow, reducing wind speed,such as diminishing the diameter of outlet suction、improving the structrue of inlet and outlet、improving decreasing Pressure Equipment、installing guide plate and installing repds.In this paper,how to improve flow filed of airflow in cone for decreasing wind Pressure is considered. In order to improve the degree of wind disorder,distributors will be installed on the cone which can avoid backmixing and Dragon Tail and reduce resistance and Raise efficiency.
