Research of establishing index system's evaluation in nonferrous metals industry' recylle economy development

According to the principle of "reduce、reuse、recycle" in a recycling economy and principle of combing science with practice in index system, the article covers energy saving and lower energy consumption in the process of exploration, utilization, production and consumption of mine resources, utilization and disposal of waste, and recycling utilization situation of secondary nonferrous metals. The research establishes an evaluating system of recycling economy in nonferrous-metals industry.
