Study on extraction process of rare elements from waste materials containing tungsten

    • With the development of chemical industry, there are more and more waste materials which contain tungsten. In order to recovery tungsten and building Green Chemical Industry, it was investigated and finished a technological process designing to reuse and re-fabricate tungsten trioxide, followed the confirmation of some basic process parameters in the experiment. The experimental data show that the recovery process is feasible. After enormous experiment, material were calcined, then soaked and extracted by ammonia, and evaporated and crystallized into APT. the maximum recovery rate reached 75.6% when APT crystallization temperature is 70℃.
