EVALUATION FOR THE RELATIVITY BETWEEN THE DEVELOPMENT AND OPENING-UP OF MINING SYSEM

Mining is a complex syem that always exchanges subance and energies with the external world and the exchange is bound to affect the suainable develpment of mining in some extent.Therefore,the evaluation of the relativity between the development and opening-up of mining has to be brought into the scope of evaluating the suainable development of mining.This article has probed into the evaluating methods for the relativity between the development and opening-up of mining and,taken the nonferrous mining syem as an example,has proceeded positive udy.
