Research on Ⅱ Expanded Ammouium Nitrate Ecplosive

In this paper,a Ⅱexpanded ammonium nitrate explosive with free-flowing state was developed,which was composed of 92% expanded ammonium nitrate as oxidizing agent,3% compound fuel and 5% modified coal powder with its diameter of 150～200mu(activated by 5% w.t reduced iron).It overcomes the intrinsic shortcomings of original expanded ammonium nitrate with charge density 0.94 m·s^-1,detonation velocity 3520 m·s^-1,detonation transmission distance 7cm and power 340ml.It is an industrial explosive in favor of environment and with good performance.
