    The technology and application of blastability classification basedon brittleness index and matter element theory

    • In order to solve the problems of poor blasting effect,this paper based on the analysis of mine blasting,introduces brittleness modulus,which can synthetically evaluate the characteristics of ore blasting,and determined by the drop hammer test.The classification criterion is established in terms of blastability evaluation index,which can be jointly determined by brittleness,rock unit weight,and strength of extension.The matter element model,is modelled utilizing matter-element's extension theory,and the evaluation of blastability of the ore is carried out according to the subjective static weight and the objective dynamic weight,which can be obtained by using AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and the Simple Correlation Function Method,respectively.Then the grade of blastability of the rock mass can be determined.On this basis,the blasting parameters are optimized and then verified by the blasting funnel test.Moreover,these optimized parameters are applied in the deep hole blasting in this mine,which can obviously reduce the ore boulder yield and greatly improve the effect of mine blasting.
