Mine Heat-harm Analysis and Prevention Measures in Heilongjiang

Heat-harm is new major disaster of deeply mining,it not only influence the mine safety production seriously but also damage the somatopsychic health of workers and decrease the labor efficiency,so it must be further study.According to coal seam geological condition and production status of mining area in Heilongjiang,the cause of heat-harm was analyzed,and through comparison analysis on drop-temperature techniques at home and abroad,the conformable cooling method to high temperature mine in Heilongjiang was selected.It has practical instructive significance and reference value for control heat disaster.Meanwhile,a new measure was presented based on geographical features of Heilongjiang,which will have the broad prospect in application.
